Pump Truck

Standard operates a fleet of pump trucks with multiple units located in each of our yards to reduce customer wait time. There are 2 types of pump trucks. The standard pump truck is equipped with a 500 HP motor and Garner Denver Tee Pump capable of pumping up to 5,000 psi. The special 10K pump trucks are equipped with a 680 HP motor equipment to a frac pump capable of pumping up to 10,000 psi with special equipment. Both pump trucks are used to kill wells and well control well-hole circulation, back pressure during frac jobs and in conjunction with services required during well servicing operations. Pressure testing injection wells for packer and casing integrity. H5 Test for a period of time verified by a paper chart recorder.  There are a number of other jobs such as, pressure testing pipe lines used in a HP high volume wash down rig.

All trucks are equipped with:

  • GPS tracking
  • Onboard cameras
  • Communication
  • Trailers anti-skid roller over protection
  • Side blinker alarms
  • Back up alarms
  • Some units have sleeper cabs for extended stays on locations, if required.

They come with high pressure hoses as well as 1 ½” or 2″ pipe with appropriate chickson and HP unions, required application, HP gauges, and flow meters with paper chart recorders.
